came across a great bag that almost anyone can use to organize their business,
professional or personal lives.
It’s the
Kenneth Cole Reaction Messenger Bag. It’s great for holding most of the things you
will need to use during the day whether you are a student, homemaker, business
person or professional. I tend to be pretty hard on luggage and the items I’ve
purchased before haven’t come close to standing up as well as this bag.
Whether
I’m tossing it into the back seat, into my locker or onto my desk it holds its look
and beauty really well. Keeping in a hot car at times hasn’t damaged it at all.
I’ve
typically fill the bag with items such as a net-book or an iPad, my 13 inch
laptop, cell phone, portfolio, clipboard, textbook, keys, credits card, calculator,
camera, newspaper, camera and almost anything I need for my business. I used to
need two bags to carry all of my stuff before I found this one.
I’m
pretty picky about luggage and briefcases and wound up looking a long time to
get the right one. I tried many different bags either online or through local
stores until I found this Kenneth Cole briefcase. The best news is that you don’t
have to spend a great deal of money. This bag is a great bargain over other
similar bags that can be priced at several hundreds of dollars in stores or on
the Internet.
Typically,
I’ll fill this bag up in the morning before heading out to the office. In addition to some of the items mentioned
above, I can also include a small snack, newspaper and some reports that I’ve
been working on.
It’s roomy enough that I can keep most of the essential tools
I need to run a business there on a every day basis. In fact, if you are like me and may be prone
to losing things, it’s nice to have one location where you can keep most things.
Yet even when loaded, it doesn’t look like a duffle bag and is attractive and comfortable
to carry whether you are a man or woman.
This
leather bag has great feel to it and gives me the confidence to impress business
clients or key contacts. I often get remarks from people in meetings who are
impressed with its look, feel and touch. The leather is plush and seems to keep
its look for much longer than other leather bags that I have used before. In
fact you may see more of these around as I’ve recommended it to others.
It’s
a great trade-off between size, look and interior space. It’s 3 inches think
and 13 inches wide and includes a long external pocket for magazines or
newspapers as well as two smaller pockets on the front that could easily hold
your cells phone, PDA, pen, pencil, credit card, keys and other items that you need
quick access to.
It’s also great to leave some coins in the front pocket so I
can easily grab some when I come to a toll booth. Or a pen and paper when I
need to make a quick note. Inside the bag it has very roomy interior including
a 10” zip pocket that can be closed.
The
shoulder strap is easily adjustable and has a wide enough strap to be comfortable
to carry even when it is filled. The connections of the strap to the bag are
reinforced. An important design feature. Can’t tell you how many bags have been
ruined when the strap holders started to wear out and fail. One bag broke off
and fell causing damage to my cell phone.
